Internationalizing education is a teaching strategy that can be overlooked in undergraduate curriculum. As educators, it is important to prepare our students for the global workforce. This presentation will discuss how incorporate an international element in your course through a virtual exchange project. This student-centered experiential learning strategy enables global collaborations that build cultural competence and offer reflection on course material through a cross cultural lens.
