Miller_7 22 20_Effectively Coping with Writing Anxiety and Procrastination

Featuring: Dr. Alison Miller, The Dissertation Coach Please Join Alison Miller, PhD, owner of The Dissertation Coach to learn a fresh approach to effectively cope with writing anxiety and procrastination. Participants will learn specific skills, tactics, approaches, and mindsets they can use to work more effectively, increase productivity, and be better able to focus, concentrate and get meaningful work done on a day-to-day basis. Students who participate in this workshop will have the opportunity to participate in a 2-hour virtual writing retreat facilitated by Dr. Miller immediately following the workshop (Zoom link will be provided during the workshop). Students who wish to participate in the writing retreat should come prepared with some research/writing activity. In this writing retreat, students will be supported to practice what they learned in the workshop.
